Dear Parent/Students, 

I hope this letter finds you all doing well.

Our school will be hosting an online tournament in the month of December.

The tournament Runs From The 1st to the 25th.

Results will be given online in our Hall of Fame on the 25th. Awards will be given as soon as we get back from the holidays.

Students that train at the studio are already annual members of the Virtual Competitions Platform. These members do not need to pay the $45 annual registration fee.

If you are in our private lessons program and have competed in a tournament before your annual membership is still active and you are all set.

For private lesson students that have not competed in a virtual tournament yet, you will need to become an annual member of the VIRTUAL COMPETITIONS by paying the annual fee of $45.

There is no entry fee to participate in this competition.

All that is needed is for parents to copy the URL of their child’s video which they will find by doing a search of the child’s first name. Once done sign back in and follow the instructions.

We will be videoing on Wednesday at the studio. Our tournament will run to the 25th.

Parents/Students: Once your video has been uploaded to our website, a representative of the Virtual Martial Arts Competition will review your work to make sure your friends and family will have a most pleasurable experience watching and voting for you. This can take a few hours before you will see your video in the competition. Now is the time to let all of your friends and family know about the competition and that you need their vote. Friends and family will need to register as Visitors. (This is Free) By doing this, they may choose to give your video from 1 to 5 stars votes.  Friends and family are able to watch your film. However, to vote for you, they must register. Now get the word out, Facebook, Google+, Twitter, in your neighborhood, and in your school!

Please note: All videos must be on the website no later than December 15, 2021, to be included in this competition. Getting your videos up sooner gives you a better chance of winning the “Most Accumulated Stars Votes and Views Competition”. Voting for your videos will be done by Students, Family, and Neighborhood Friends. All Student entries and persons voting for said entries must be registered under their own email address. We suggest GMAIL if you do not have an email address for your child or yourself. They are free to acquire.

Getting your videos on Facebook, G+, and Twitter are all helpful in getting your videos noticed. Good Luck!
